You do realize that your question is ambiguos and that you don't provide 
much information. It's of the same "quality" as your question a few days 
ago. I consider this *inpolite*. If you continue this way you won't grow 
happy on mailing lists.
So, assuming the most probable meaning: you don't need to if you didn't 
whitelist yourself. Most of these should score like other spam does.
