Could not open Bayes rebuild lockfile /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming/Locks/MS.bayes.rebuild.lock, No such file or directory

It will work on systems with "Run As User = root" or "Run As User =". 
Other users will have trouble, and need the replacement 
mailscanner_create_locks in my other post.
