Do note that if you do not use last-external in the rules it will check all
ip's in the header, which on our systems caused A LOT of FP's.


If I remember correctly that was also the concensus on the SA list when the
barracuda list was introduced a couple of motnhs ago.

Our experience is that it catched A LOT of spam that spamhaus/sorbs etc does
not.


SO I definitely recommend it, but not with a terrible high score, and
definitely not for use in an mta.
