Log Spam = yes is too verbose

The relevant place is about line 1146 in 
/usr/lib/MailScanner/MailScanner/Message.pm, and another place 
immediately below it. Just delete or comment out the lines of code.

I'll add this as another option in the next release. Sorry about that.
