I'm still not satisfied with the answer on bouncing, but it seems
that bounce is not a viable option anyway, if your mailscanner host
is not the MX host, due to the impossibility of whitelisting yourself
in that case.  UNLESS ... unless I can set "Read IP Address From
Received Header" to 0, disabling any host-specific whitelists other
than localhost but at least allowing "bounce" to work.  Yes?
