If mailscanner is set to store all non-spam messages you should be able to view the entire message in mailwatch. Is this something you have attempted yet?

Subject: Patch/hackery to store body of an email

Is there a way via a patch or other hackery to store the body of an email. Even just the first 1K of an email so one can review the contents of it in MailWatch?
