lasso in msgid???

I just got this strange syslog message from 4.75.9-2:

Apr  2 13:33:30 jasper MailScanner[22348]: [ID 702911 mail.info] lasso in 
n32HX0XB022152

I can send the entrie syslog offline for this message, but what does this
mean?  Time to round up the mail messages, brand them, have a rodeo???
