Mine also complained about perl-Math-BigRat and perl-File-Temp... I normally stop MS, remove the conflicting modules, run the update and then reinstall MailScanner.

It seems that the system is processing mails a touch faster since the fix, but I've not had enough mail through to confirm it yet.
