Updating MailScanner to Latest Version Along with SA and ClamAV Easy Install Package

I believe this has been asked before, but it would be good for  
everyone who's new here (and those of us who forget!) which one's  
first both when upgrading and when installing for the first time -  
although I suspect/believe/seem to remember that Julian's written it  
so well that it makes little or no difference.

And it should be (if it isn't already) on the wiki! :D
