trouble getting SA Rule Action working

Test with a GTUBE... Are the relevant mails really getting
quarantined? If so, did you reload/restart MailScanner after changeing
MailScanner.conf? Else it'll only take effect after the normal restart
(every 4:th hour by default, IIRC).
