MS/perl segfaults

In short, I have seen this 2 times in about 1½ year, so while I agree that
it is rare, I also agree that’s it has an extreme unfortunate impact.

So I think finding a solution to not having MS "segfault loop" would be a
great addition.

Just my 5$.
