It's just an addition, to make it easier for people who script the 
download. The new "-latest" file is just a link to the old naming 
convention with the version numbers in there. So you can use either. 
Making the links on the downloads page point to the "-latest" version 
just reduces the number of edits I need to make when I release a new 
version of it. You can use whichever you prefer.
