Where are attachments being stopped?

I'm using a standard install of MailScanner.

Almost all attachments are being removed. I've looked in filename.rules.conf
and filetype.rules.conf and they're OK.

Is there some other process that could be stopping them? AV? If so, how do I
change that and how do I know what;s installed.
