Signature Image Filename

Does anyone know if this feature works at the moment?
It keeps adding my image as an attachment, and I can't get it to put it 
in-line in the text at all. Thunderbird displays the signature 
attachment after the message, not as part of it. All I get in the 
message body is a "broken image" indicator.

Does anyone use this feature at all?
