Feel like jumping off a cliff! Solved my problem I was using a yahoo mail address to do my testing, ive just figured out that when you look at the message headers in yahoo mail they actually filter out a lot of them. It's been working from the very 1st mail I sent! Best part of a day to figure that one out, think I may give up the day job!
