MailScanner marks everything as spam

What do you recommend for blacklist lookups? And how much blacklists does an email have to be on in order for it to be considered spam? I ran into this problem with my mail scanner today.

With that old a version you might have ORDB in your Spam Lists
setting, which will override anything you do to 'em... And ordb
"blacklist" everything ATM, I hear (it being dead, this isn't
surprising).
