Misterey between Sendmail and MailScanner. Messages are missing!!

As MailScanner quite plainly handed the 2 messages back to sendmail, 
which records that it successfully delivered them, I would look at your 
procmail setup, as that is where the messages must be being dropped.

I don't think this is a MailScanner problem.
