Mailscanner not tagging spam

After upgrading to the latest stable MailScanner (4.67.6)  and the 
ClamAV 0.92.1

bundle from the MailScanner site, I still had problems so in the end I 
disabled the bayes filtering and hey presto, spam started to be tagged 
properly again.

I've tried setting the value of the low bayes scores to 0 but to no avail.

So, now I need to wipe the bayes db and start again.  Could someone 
point me in the right direction?
