What do you mean by the "file consistency check"?
There are quite a lot of changed parameters in the diff output that was 
posted earlier on, so it's rather hard to tell what might be the problem.
So at least we now have a workaround, if not yet a solution. I would 
*really* like to find the solution to this one.
