MS4.67.6/exim/CentoS 5.1 queue dir issue

So your config looks wrong then :-

Incoming Queue Dir = /var/spool/exim.in/input <---- that directory does not exist, well nothing at all under /var/spool/exim.in
Outgoing Queue Dir = /var/spool/exim/input
