Julian,
Is there any more documentation on the "Spam Assassin Rule Actions"? I read the description, but I still don't entirely understand how to use it in replacement of MCP. Also, I couldn't find the line in my MailScanner.conf file, so I was wondering if this is in a newer version of MailScanner? I'm running 4.60.8-1.

This is the default setting, and has been for a while. I'll get around
to taking a look at this problem some time, but not many people need MCP
particularly now I have the "SpamAssassin Rule Actions" setting which
can do most of what MCP can, but a *whole* lot faster.
