Problems with certain mails being handled by mailscanner -mails just disappear

I have rolled back to version 4.63.8 and no longer have this problem.  It is 
related somehow to the latest version.

Have the following;
Mailscanner 4.70.7, sendmail 8.14.1, spamassassin 3.2.5, clamd 0.93

All i see in the logs is the mail gets to my server but then nothing after
that....

class=0, nrcpts=2, proto=ESMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=secure11.ia-dns.com
[72.9.151.158]

mail just disappears....

I have an example of the mail which has 2 .mht files inside a zip file.  If
i email it to myself then it just
disappears.  I have saved it on the server and want to run mailscanner
against manually it to try and
figure out why it is just  disappearing.

What MTA, version of MailScanner? If you try running MailScanner in
debug mode (stop MailScanner, start a single process by running
MailScanner --debug) you may see more verbose errors.
Anything strange in the log?
