Simple suggestion to fix the IO conflict

Here is a silly idea to prevent one to use the aweful --force option to
bypass:

Why not exclude these manual pages from the package or install them in a
subpackage instead? That would take care of the conflict and not --force
every yum user to do the wrong thing over and over again.
