X-MailScanner-ID header

Glad someone else has also spotted this.  I raised the question (with some
background info I dug out about MS versions and possible ways to tailor)
on April 29, and I don't think it was followed up.

The header seems to be a fixed string in the MS source code, so would need
a code change to handle variability.  There are other "X-MailScanner-blah"
headers that are tailorable (often to "X-%org-name%-MailScanner-blah").

Julian: Could "X-MailScanner-ID" follow the same conventions?
