We found that RBL blocking at MTA time killed almost all of these,
spamcop+njabl+zen.spamhaus (if you are not-for-profit or on a feed) does the job
beautifully.

Slightly O-T, you might be interested in thescambaiter.com (to whom I have no
connection), where people get revenge on these 419 scammers.
