So you relay all the email through the Linux server to the Exchange server?
How do you get around having people send email directly to the Exchange
server box? Just block all email to port 25 except from the Linux server?

Put a MailScanner box in front of your Exchange server and pass everything
through. Been running like that for 3 years and haven't looked back. You
won't be sorry. Many people here run that way so you'll get plenty of
friendly help.
