Windows Exchange Server

I have been using Linux Sendmail as me email MTA forever, but now have a
need to use Windows Exchange server and am wondering what people are using
as their Spam and virus protection (hopefully an inexpensive solution). I
was hoping I could use MailScanner but don't see a Windows version. Any
ideas?
