If you are a mail admin , you should atleast be able to say if the mails
in queue are legitimate
Look up your mailserver ips on blacklists, Read the mails you suspect in
queue ( postcat -q ) , Check for open relays. 

It may also be that someones mail account in your organization is
compromised, just check.
