Nothing wrong with your sendmail. The "Recipient address rejected:
Policy Rejection- 274 -- Sender Quota Exceeded" tempfail is coming from
65.182.102.90 when Sendmail is attempting to deliver the message.
Maybe you've messed up your mailertable - is DOMAIN.com mail
(obfuscating the domain really doesn't help on a list like this)
supposed to go to 65.182.102.90? Or should it have been delivered locally?
