Trend Micro Sues Barracuda Over Open Source Anti-Virus

stop panicing Jules ;) I am sure all is going to work out well. Trend are only doing it because people are not buying their AV product to use on SMTP gateways, and see it as a big earner.  Wonder how it would effect people like MessageLabs? Then again they potentially use Trend AV and others so would be paying some money for scanner licensing.
