The key is in the "SpamCheck:" header you posted at the bottom. It says 
"score=6.544, required 8". You need to drop the SpamAssassin Required 
Score setting in MailScanner.conf, most people use 6 or 7 instead of 8.

Then "service MailScanner reload" to make it load the new configuration 
update.
