@Mail, it isn't free but it'll fit in nicely with any existing imap/smtp 
system.

It can also be rolled out with its own mail server, which costs more.

We've deployed it for our clients and hope to put it and many other cool 
new toys live shortly.

It's already running on a 50k user site that we run aswell. The 
interface has several styles including a mobile client for phones, pda's 
etc.
