Correct regexp to block mails that advertise certain websites?

After you put this in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf or 
/etc/MailScanner/spam.assassin.prefs.conf (which should be linked to 
/etc/mail/spamassassin/mailscanner.cf, are you doing a "service 
MailScanner restart"
?
