how exactly do the fules for the Fraud/Phishing work?

Find Phishing Fraud = <FILE>
Also Find Numeric Phishing = <FILE>


1) What kind of keywords are available, and on what part of the message 
do they operate?

2) Can they operate on the VALUE of the possible fraud?
