4.67.1-1 with esets virus scanner support

Hi Jules,

It appears that it is just a bit of rebranding. All the previous nod32 commands are now prefixed esets instead ie nod32_cli becomes esets_cli.

Regards,

I have just put out a beta release which includes support for the esets
virus scanner.
Thanks to Phil (UxBoD) for writing the support for it.

What's the difference between esets and nod32? They both seem to be
produced by the same people.

Jules
