Queue problem

Looks like the limiting factor is the network. Probably DCC, Razor or
some RBL is acting up for you. Run MailScanner with --debug set and
look where it pauses.

Also look at your queue dirs so they are clean and not full of corrupt
files that your MTA has to stat all the time.
