No programs allowed

Hi all,

I have a strange problem with mailscanner. I've configured it so as text 
files are allowed. A few of my users send emails but they are blocked by 
mailscanner.
Mailscanner says:
No programs allowed (msg-22222-12).

These emails have no attachments. A few of these emails are generated by 
moodle php scripts and they contain greek characters.


Any ideas?
