whitelist TO email addresses sent by users on the server

Hi
I am not sure whether its built into mailscanner or good practice, but is there a way of not scanning mail sent from addresses that users from the server has already sent to. A bit of a twister but eg
 
user on server sends to a at abc.com 
 
a at abc.com then replys, surely a at abc.com should be a friend and that email should not really be scanned for spam......forever
