Timeout problem: "Disabled due to 20 consecutive"

Hello, I've problem mentioned in the object of this mail.
Many mails are not checked due to this message received by SpamAssassin.
We haven't modified MailScanner o SpamAssassin configuration.
 
Is there a problem with some external blacklist timeout?
