MAIL QUEUE TOO LONG AND HIGH LOAD

Did you consider by now looking at the actual bounces so you know what 
they are? As has already been said by others first likely cause is that 
you are a mail gateway that doesn't verify end users and bounces messages 
to non-existent users because the next hop refuses to take them. If that 
is really the case: don't do this! Verify recipients and reject right in 
MTA phase.
