Mailscanner.rc start up script file location

Where is:
6. Download /opt/MailScanner/bin/rc.MailScanner

    Fetch the file from
 
http://www.sng.ecs.soton.ac.uk/mailscanner/files/4/freebsd/rc.MailScanner
    chmod a=rx /opt/MailScanner/bin/rc.MailScanner

This information was Obtained from the FREEBSD.INSTALL file in 
/opt/Mailscanner after downloading and installing it from the 
mailscanner.info website.

Can't run mailscanner unless I have this script or run the 
check_mailscanner script in the bin/ directory. But that doesn't seem right.
