Hi, is there any good way to buy the Mailscanner Book here in Germany? At Amazon.de & bol.de the book is unavailable... The problem is that I don´t have a credit card, and, I believe that is the best for me :-) With creditcard I could buy it at the online shop, but so?! Regards, Bastian
