Emails on HOLD not processed and delivered AKA Egg on my face!

It turns out to be my fault.
MailScanner was dutifully doing exactly what he was told to do.

SPAM ACTIONS = delete header "X-Spam-Status: Yes"

That is why they disappeared after being put on hold.

I post this in hopes some other newbie doesn't end up with the same problem.
Now I just need to fine tune my spam assassin settings.
