about quarantine directory

Hi ;

i have just installed a mailscanner gateway on centos 5.1.everything is working good.but i do not understand that why phishingupdate folder is makes itself in /var/spool/MailScanner/quarantine directory ? i delete or move it but it creates again.so i see this directory in mailwatch 's quarantine section.Any idea ?
