install mailscanner on un-buntu 7.10

Can you let me know what version of MailScanner is included in Ubuntu
8.04?  I'd like to upgrade to the latest Ubuntu.

Does this apply to the latest version of MailScanner?
The latest Ubuntu version appears to be 4.58, which is well over 1 year
old!
No wonder it doesn't work with the latest versions of everything else
:-(
Great, they include my software, but never actually test that their 
build works :-(

I am about to test the 8.04 release to see if this fixes the problem.
