install mailscanner on un-buntu 7.10

Does this apply to the latest version of MailScanner?
The latest Ubuntu version appears to be 4.58, which is well over 1 year old!
No wonder it doesn't work with the latest versions of everything else :-(
Great, they include my software, but never actually test that their 
build works :-(

I am about to test the 8.04 release to see if this fixes the problem.
