You are not supplying any information that would prove useful in
debugging your problem.
1) Supply the output of 'postconf -n'
2) Log entries relevant to this issue
3) Describe exactly what you have done to the standard mailscanner
configuration.
4) OS, Postfix and Mailscanner versions.
