help wiht MailScanner please

  Hello,
   
  I have installed the MailScanner4.64.3 in Centos5, but once installed all the emails that are good enter like Spam, but when the MailScanner was not installed all emails that are good enter well, 
   
  How I can do so that the good emails do not enter like Spam once installed the MailScanner,
