I notice in the latest stable release...  There are:

MailScanner-perl-MIME-Base64-3.05-5.src.rpm

and 

perl-MIME-Base64-3.07-1.src.rpm

What is the preferred solution?  (I use my own scripts to keep perl Spick and Span...)
