Yeah, but the BSD license allows them to take the code, change the code,
and sell it without giving out the code. They couldn't use the
MailScanner name due to the third condition. However, it wouldn't stop
them from contributing nothing back. In fact the BSD would allow them to
get away with it. The GPL makes them provide the source to those that
acquire their products if the customer asks.
